Arley Tapirian 

is an actress/singer/potter/voiceover artist/occasional songwriter who always dreamed of living at the beach but wanted to be on a subway line.  So she moved to the Rock in 2006 and bought a beach cruiser bike.  Arley also always wanted to have her own business and when she thought about what made her happy -- riding her bike on the boardwalk, a big blue sky, ice cream, tasty treats and a good laugh -- she went in search of an icicle tricycle and a name for her business which would encapsulate these things.   And this is how MooSkyBlue came to be.
